Our support and setup services are provided on a best effort basis with the following terms:

• Services are available during US business days
• After-hours support is provided on a best effort basis
• Response times may vary based on service tier and complexity
• All meetings and support sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will need to sign up with GPU providers separately, which will incur separate costs
• You are responsible for all costs associated with GPU rental and cloud services
• You will maintain control and ownership of your infrastructure setup
• You are solely responsible for how the infrastructure is used once set up
• You will use generative AI technology responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws
• You will provide accurate information necessary for setup and configuration

All infrastructure will be established in your name and under your control:

• You will have private, encrypted access to your rented GPUs
• ImgSwp will only have temporary access during the setup process
• Once setup is complete or support time has expired, ImgSwp's access will be relinquished
• You maintain full ownership and control of your infrastructure
• You are responsible for ongoing maintenance, security, and costs

Our setup services utilize open source software and third-party services:

• We help you set up open source software generally available on the internet
• Third-party GPU providers and cloud services have their own terms of service
• You are responsible for compliance with all third-party terms and licenses
• We do not provide warranties for third-party software or services
• Updates and maintenance of open source components are your responsibility

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ImgSwp and Sonne Solutions, Ltd. expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any costs incurred with GPU providers or cloud services
• Performance, availability, or functionality of third-party services
• Data loss, security breaches, or technical malfunctions
• Content generated by AI models or workflows
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Misuse of the infrastructure or generated content

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Payment terms for our services:

• Services are billed in advance
• No refunds are provided once services have commenced
• Additional costs for GPU providers and cloud services are separate
• Support periods are limited as specified in your service package

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• Services automatically conclude upon completion of setup
• Support periods expire as specified in your service package
• Either party may terminate for breach of these terms
• Upon termination, ImgSwp's access to your infrastructure will be removed
• You retain full ownership and control of your infrastructure

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Sonne Solutions, Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.

Your privacy is our top concern. We do not store any unnecessary data at all.

We collect only the minimal information necessary to provide our services:

• Contact information (email) for service delivery
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe
• Technical information necessary for infrastructure setup
• Communication records for support purposes

How We Use Your Information

• To provide setup and support services
• To communicate about your service progress

Information We Do NOT Collect or Store

• Images or content generated by your AI infrastructure
• Personal files or data from your systems
• Browsing history or tracking data
• Unnecessary personal information
• Long-term access credentials to your infrastructure

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services:

• Contact information is retained for the duration of service and support periods
• Technical setup information is deleted after service completion
• Payment records are retained as required by law
• Access to your infrastructure is relinquished upon service completion

Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services:

• Stripe for secure payment processing
• Email services for communication
• Communication platforms (Telegram) as requested by customers

You have the right to:

• Request information about data we have collected
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of communications (except service-essential messages)
